How Invisalign Treatment Works
Consultation & Assessment
Your journey begins with a detailed clinical assessment, supported by digital imaging. We’ll discuss your goals and confirm whether Invisalign is the most effective option, as in some complex cases an alternative treatment may be recommended.
Custom Treatment Planning
Using your scans and impressions, we design a personalised treatment sequence. Attachments or refinements may be added if required. Your aligners are then manufactured at a specialised Invisalign centre with continuous quality checks.
Fitting & Wearing
Once your aligners are ready, you’ll return to our Harley Street clinic for your first fitting. Aligners are usually changed every 10–14 days, with progress reviews around every 4 weeks.
Progress & Adjustments
As you move through each stage, your teeth gradually shift towards their final position. Minor refinements may be introduced towards the end to perfect your smile and bite.
Retention Phase
After active treatment, retainers are provided to maintain your results and ensure long-term stability.
